7. In 1999, lithium ion battery was introduced as a "National Torching Project" into the National Torch Center.
8. In 1999, China Scientific and Technological Department approved the corporation as a keystone high tech enterprise among the national torching projects.
9. From 1996 till 1999, the corporation was authorized as an advanced enterprise in exporting and foreign currency income.
10. From 1999 till 2000, the corporation ranked second among the one hundred enterprises in the rechargeable battery industry.
11. In 2000, the foreign currency income though export amounted to USD 11.71 million and USD 12.63 million in 2001, ranking the company second for 3 consecutive years in machinery and electrical industry in Xinxiang City.

14. In 2001, the corporation passed evaluation and acquired certification from quality system ISO9001-2000.
15. In 2001, dynamic lithium ion battery and its related documents are authorized as projects to be compensated in interest rate for the national debt.
16. In 2002, industry for lithium ion battery passed evaluation of ISO9001-2000 and acquired certification. At the same time the company gained the operational right to import and export its own products and supplies directly.
17. Since the 1990s, Huanyu has been granted the honor of being a lawful and important enterprise in business running and taxpaying.
